Can Team india get away without seniors??

Many of the readers say no for the question that is being asked here.I agree with the people who say no.As we are watching all the matches in the tri-series,till now team india did not show it's complete performance.I don't think young players can tackle the situations as better as seniors.Keeping seniors a side may give chance for young players to prove themselves.But at the same time selectors should think of the situations where young players fail.According to me at least 30% of the team should be of experienced players.Keeping Ganguly,Dravid out of the team may send good signals that performance is the basis for the place in team.But how many of the young players(who have been selected for this series) are playing to their best?I can tell surely that the seniors are better than at least the one's who are maintaining their average of around 4 in this series.The importance of seniors will be known only after the young team looses a series.They won the T20 championship.ok.But that doesn't mean they are the best.Even australia lost to bangladesh once.That doesn't mean Bangladesh is better than austrlia.At that particular instance their performance was good.Thats all.The same thing may or may not repeat.we never know.Thats why one innings or one series performance shouldn't be considered as the scale.The player who is performing well now,may not do so in the next match.Thats where experience plays a vital role.Getting out of the team any way is not going to harm seniors much.But what i say is that,any way they will play barely for another 6 or 8 months.Let them play till then and give them good farewell.No player wants his career to end with a situation where he had not played any match in last 1 year or so.Even the so called future indian team is not performing that well without seniors.So i think this will be the foolish decision ever taken by indian selectors.As ganguly,who is in his best form of the career was also kept a side,we can make out a point that that team selection was not based on performance.I request the selectors to leave the politics and watch for the welfare of the team.
